By downloading, installing, or using the Spenze mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mehnic ("we", "us", or "our").
You must be at least 18 years old to use Spenze. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

Some features are only available to Premium subscribers. The App is intended for personal use only, not for commercial, accounting, or professional financial advisory purposes.
Spenze offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Spenze uses artificial intelligence to provide financial insights, categorize transactions, transcribe voice input, and power the chat assistant. You acknowledge that:
All content in the App — including the design, code, logo, and AI models — is owned by Mehnic or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
Your financial data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws including Brazil's LGPD and the GDPR.
We strive to maintain the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mehnic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from reliance on App data or AI-generated insights.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Sao Paulo, Brazil have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
